My passion is all about connecting aspiring mental health professionals with great opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me in the water surfing or being creative with my own marketing agency. I also love hiking, everything outdoors and enjoying time with family and friends. James Whitaker based in Sydney is a highly experienced leader in medical recruitment. James heads the hospital locum and international medical recruitment sectors and is active in the executive search division.

James started his medical recruitment career in 2001 as Human Resources manager in the National Health Service. He has subsequently led medical recruitment teams and formed divisions at Medicure (London) and Medacs (Sydney) establishing key client relationships with public and private hospitals.

James earned a B.Sc. Honours in Psychology from the University of Leicester and is a member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association.
