Hi, I’m Lucila, originally from Argentina with a background in Psychology and HR.

I specialise in connecting GPs with unique locum opportunities. My goal is to simplify the recruitment journey as much as possible while building lasting relationships.

I bring a strong people-first approach to my work, alongside a passion for healthcare. My focus is on helping clinics in need find the right professionals to support their teams while assisting GPs in discovering roles that align with their skills and goals—all while exploring the beautiful country of Australia, which has stolen my heart.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me exploring the stunning Northern Rivers area—whether it’s camping, surfing (or at least trying), or soaking up nature.

James Whitaker based in Sydney is a highly experienced leader in medical recruitment. James heads the hospital locum and international medical recruitment sectors and is active in the executive search division.

James started his medical recruitment career in 2001 as Human Resources manager in the National Health Service. He has subsequently led medical recruitment teams and formed divisions at Medicure (London) and Medacs (Sydney) establishing key client relationships with public and private hospitals.

James earned a B.Sc. Honours in Psychology from the University of Leicester and is a member of the Recruitment Consulting Services Association.
