SHO Emergency Medicine; 6 / 12 month contract
o Exposure to a young and diverse case-mix reflective of a major teaching hospital
o Negotiable length of contracts (6 / 12 months from August 2010)
o The hospital also offers 12 month Surgical or Medical streaming positions, including ward rotations.
o Excellent teaching hospital with an active teaching program and good training prospects
o Accommodation provided on arrival for up to 2 weeks
o Salary in line with WA state award rates
o Busy Emergency Department accredited by the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine for advanced training
o Emergency Medicine including around 25% paediatric presentations per year

Requirements;
o Must have at least 12 months post graduate training in a comparable health system - ideally in the UK, New Zealand or Ireland
